Taking the reins in August 2018 local artist George Irvine and his wife Victoria uphold the traditions of a good country pub, serving quality local ales, beers and cider, seasonal dishes using fresh and local ingredients, all with a welcome as warm as our roaring log fire.

A hidden gem located in the rural Oxfordshire village of Church Enstone, the perfect spot for any occasion from a spontaneous lunch to celebratory dinner, in either our flag stoned bar area, restaurant, conservatory or weather permitting our secluded garden.
